Well things look good so far. I do need to have my blood tested but I have to fast first so I will do that next week. So, I am back here with you trying to work out the puzzle.

Dinner = fish with Spinach
Desert = 2 bx of sugar free pudding Vanilla
1 container cool whip lite
1 can crushed pineapple 12 to 16 oz
1 pie crust (baked)
Mix together and refrigerate
